About Dunbar
A neighborhood, on purpose.
The Dunbar HOA exists to keep our neighborhood beautiful, well-run, and — most of all — a place where people actually know each other. We coordinate community events, partner with our property management company, and look for ways to support neighbors when life gets hard.
How the HOA works
Day-to-day operations — dues, common-area maintenance, ARC requests — are handled by our property management partner, Ghertner & Company. The volunteer HOA board sets priorities, plans community events, and oversees programs like Neighbor in Need.
